Chef Chris was incredibly accommodating of our gluten-free request including reworking recipes for us. The food was phenomenal (best chicken wings ever!) and fun to cook. His puppies were sweet and excellent supervisors. Would absolutely take another class!

He has an associate degree in culinary arts and a bachelor's degree in food service management. He began his professional career working under a James Beard-nominated chef at his flagship restaurant in Miami.
