This was the second time my other half and I attended a cooking class with Chef Lucas and we are 2/2 for excitement, satisfaction and fun with learning some new skills and techniques with our favorite topic, FOOD! If you thought taco night was just about tossing some meat in a tortilla, think again. We built our tacos like edible masterpieces. Warm homemade pressed corn tortillas, a generous heap of delicious marinated steak, sautéed onions, our freshly hand chopped well seasoned to personal taste pico de gallo topped for some folks with cojita cheese. One bite and it was a flavor explosion—like a mariachi band playing inside your mouth. If you’re looking for a cooking class that’s equal parts fun, delicious, educational, this one’s a must. You’ll leave with a full belly, a few new kitchen tips and tricks, and a craving to make steak tacos again and again! We can’t wait to go 3/3 with another class with Chef Lucas!
