In this hands-on sushi cooking class, Chef Lucas will let you in on the secrets to crafting fresh handmade sushi from scratch.

My other half and I had a brilliant time! After reading through other reviews, we purposely waited for an afternoon with Chef Lucas and he didn’t disappoint. It was a lovely lesson as well as great conversation with the Chef and other Guests .. No it wasn’t some big fancy cooking classroom.. but it was a nice space and enough of what was needed for everyone in attendance. Questions were asked and answered.. and a nice atmosphere .. lots of learning.. many laughs.. and great instructions on how to prepare Fettuccini Alfredo Pasta and Alfredo Sauce hand made from scratch.. complimented with an instructional and recipe on how to marinate and cook the delicious chicken breast.. (we are including a pic of our actual pasta creation). We can’t wait to attend another class with Chef Lucas! (Prepare to get down n dirty!)
