This class wasn’t exactly what we were expecting but this is why you should keep an open mind. Chef Lucas was hilarious and helpful. We were looking for a good time and great food, and we got that.

Regretfully, we had to leave just as class was beginning. We received a call that a family member was being airlifted due to a life threatening emergency. Chef Lucas said we would be able to reschedule.

We had such an amazing time at the pasta making class. Chef Lucas did an amazing job in explaining the process and making every step enjoyable. We are definitely going to look into going to another class!

Our pasta turned out fantastic. Chef Lucas showed us how to make our pasta by hand and by machine. The class was a cute and fun afternoon date for us. Would recommend.

This was the second time my other half and I attended a cooking class with Chef Lucas and we are 2/2 for excitement, satisfaction and fun with learning some new skills and techniques with our favorite topic, FOOD!
If you thought taco night was just about tossing some meat in a tortilla, think again.
We built our tacos like edible masterpieces. Warm homemade pressed corn tortillas, a generous heap of delicious marinated steak, sautéed onions, our freshly hand chopped well seasoned to personal taste pico de gallo topped for some folks with cojita cheese.
One bite and it was a flavor explosion—like a mariachi band playing inside your mouth.
If you’re looking for a cooking class that’s equal parts fun, delicious, educational, this one’s a must. You’ll leave with a full belly, a few new kitchen tips and tricks, and a craving to make steak tacos again and again!
We can’t wait to go 3/3 with another class with Chef Lucas!

My other half and I had a brilliant time! After reading through other reviews, we purposely waited for an afternoon with Chef Lucas and he didn’t disappoint.
It was a lovely lesson as well as great conversation with the Chef and other Guests .. No it wasn’t some big fancy cooking classroom.. but it was a nice space and enough of what was needed for everyone in attendance. Questions were asked and answered.. and a nice atmosphere .. lots of learning.. many laughs.. and great instructions on how to prepare Fettuccini Alfredo Pasta and Alfredo Sauce hand made from scratch.. complimented with an instructional and recipe on how to marinate and cook the delicious chicken breast.. (we are including a pic of our actual pasta creation). We can’t wait to attend another class with Chef Lucas!

Chef Lucas was great! We had a wonderful time learning how to make pasta. Learning tips and tricks to make the alfredo sauce tastier and how to make a tasty and quick chicken marinade. But more than that we laughed and he made it fun to cook! I’ll be back for his next class!

Great class!! Making pasta turned out to be easy! The reason for 4 stars was there is no kitchen and the area we was in was kind of small. Luckily it was a small class.

I really enjoyed Chef Lucas' cooking class! Everything was planned out perfectly, and everyone had plenty of time to prep and cook a delicious pasta dish! Sous chef Kiki was also super nice and the whole experience was very fun!

My husband and I did this for our anniversary. I was a little intimidated at first but Chef Lucas helped everyone feel comfortable. Class was very fun and food came out super delicious, all while trying something new. .

Fantastic class led by Chef Lucas! The entire experience was made to feel laid-back and relaxed but I felt like I had accomplished some pretty advanced cooking skills when all was said and done. What a fun location at a brewery too! Would recommend for anyone wanting to up their game in the kitchen, or just as a fun way to spend an afternoon!

Chef Lucas was engaging and organized throughout the class. The cooking space was set up well before we arrived so that each party had the cooking-ware they needed. He described in detail how to prep each dish before each group/person started, and we went menu item by menu item step-by-step together. The end result was very tasty and better than we would have done on our own. He always encouraged questions, conversation, and interaction with the cooking.

We had an amazing experience learning how to make fresh pasta! Chef Lucas and his team were not only incredibly knowledgeable but also warm and welcoming, creating a fun and engaging environment. The hands-on approach made it easy to follow, and we left with both new skills and great memories. I’d absolutely take another class and highly recommend these sessions to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable activity!
