Cooking Class: Mexican Fiesta of Flavor
Discover the rich history of Mexican cuisine with Chef Tellita. Using high-quality ingredients, she will guide you in preparing an appetizer of creamy guacamole and tortillas made from scratch followed by fresh shrimp ceviche "cooked" in lemon-lime juices and mixed with a medley of diced vegetables. Then fill, fold, and flip comforting quesadillas with your choice of chicken or vegetables. Top with homemade salsa, sour cream, and serve alongside chili rice. For dessert, indulge in cinnamon-coated churros fried to golden perfection with a strawberry dip.
