Under Chef Juwanza’s guidance, you'll create two of the most popular sushi rolls: the Philadelphia roll and the California roll. Discover how to work with fresh fish, slice ingredients with precision and arrange them beautifully within each roll. By the end of class, you'll have the skills and confidence to prepare homemade sushi that will impress friends and family at your next dinner party!

Kevin is relatable, kind and fun. Supplies he ought to offer are paper towels and towelettes. Option to make add’l roles was not adequately communicated but there was enough raw materials to do just that. The brewery was a fun environment as well. A one page “crib sheet” that summarizes basic supplies needed, rice prep ingredient ration (water, vinegar, sugar. Seaweed,etc) and suggestions or key takeaways that summarize the experience would have been appreciated.
