Learn the time-honored technique to make two types of sushi by hand in this cooking class with Chef Delna.
Begin by prepping your ingredients. You’ll practice knife skills by chopping fresh vegetables and mango, while the roasted bell peppers and mushrooms for the plant-based salmon and unagi will be pre-prepared. Chef Delna will provide seasoned sushi rice and walk you through how to make it at home. Then, roll up nori maki with spicy plant-based tuna and try hand-pressing rice for nigirizushi. Top your creations with sesame seeds and a touch of Japanese mayo before slicing them to enjoy. Book your spot today!

initially coming here we were not sure what to expect from a class where we wouldn't be cooking all like the rice, veggies and it was veggies instead of actual fish. BUT this class ended up being fun and insightful. I never had such delicious tomato!
