Hand-form your own crab cakes with fresh crab meat and fry them until golden brown and crispy. Whip up a zesty lemon and dill aioli to serve alongside this crunchy appetizer. Next, learn the technique for cooking a fish until perfectly crispy, seasoned with tomatoes and garlic. Then, craft orzo pasta made aromatic with shallots, artichokes and spinach to serve alongside the fish with cooked Vichy carrots. Chef Jeffery will prepare a decadent cheesecake with chocolate and white chocolate in advanced for a sweet end to a savory meal.

Class was rescheduled for a month and then instructor did not show up at all. No notice given. Then class was rescheduled the next day for another month later. This is unprofessional and fraudulent behavior. I would give an even lower review if I could.

We had such a good time. He is so thoughtful in every way — the ingredients, the food handling, the pairings, the process, and the conversation. The food was amazing, and we eat a lot of food. We definitely want to do it again.

Starting as a novice chef, Chef Jeffrey worked his way up the kitchen hierarchy, ascending the ranks from line cook to sous chef to executive chef, acquiring years of valuable culinary experience in the process. Now, Chef Jeffrey hopes to share his hard-earned knowledge with aspiring chefs in fun, engaging and informative cooking classes. His classes focus on celebrating good food and finding joy in special moments and are designed to welcome everyone, no matter what their culinary background or skill level.
