Some of these dishes include a classic French onion soup with caramelized onions, broth and Gruyère cheese and a pick of two main courses; Coq au Vin made with chicken, red wine, mushrooms and onions, or Boeuf bourguignon with beef, red wine, mushrooms, carrots and onions. Finally, you’ll make a light and flaky fruit tart from scratch, a process that includes preparing the dough and filling it with seasonal fruits. The pizza class was so great! We had a wonderful time and learned so much! We thought we knew how to make home-made pizza from scratch but now we have much more information to make it even better! Chef was fabulous, answered many questions and made our time comfortable, entertaining and rewarding. I’d take more classes in the future.
