In this cooking class with Chef Janice, you will learn the secrets to preparing fresh Vietnamese-style shrimp spring rolls using familiar, easy-to-find ingredients, and easy-to-master culinary techniques.
Not only will you learn how to build layers of flavor and texture in these irresistibly fresh and endlessly customizable rolls, but also how to concoct a peanut dipping sauce you'll want to eat with a spoon.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
