This hands-on cooking class will bring out your inner sushi chef!
Under the guidance of Chef Damon, you'll learn how to make spicy tuna and California rolls from scratch. Master the art of making fluffy and seasoned sushi rice and practice your knife skills to chop fresh ingredients. Layer crab, ginger and cucumber onto rice to make a classic California roll. Drizzle some sriracha on tuna to make a spicy tuna roll. Then, learn the technique to roll the sushi with a sushi mat before enjoying your dish.

Trained in classic French culinary techniques and holding two culinary degrees, he has four medals from the American Culinary Federation for professional competitions. With a track record of successfully launching restaurants and owning an eco-friendly catering business, Chef Damon combines culinary expertise with a passion for sustainable practices.
