You’ll start by mastering an enriched yeasted dough — soft, versatile, and the perfect base for both sweet and savory breads. Next, learn how to make a vibrant sunflower seed pesto with Pecorino Romano, garlic, lemon, and olive oil. With these building blocks, you’ll create a stunning pull-apart pesto star bread layered with housemade sunflower pesto, and a beautiful black & white seed braided bread topped with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. These breads are sure to become a staple at your table.

Elena was a delight, she explained everything very well step by step. I did the class with my mom we’ve taken a few and have left in the past not learning a thing. This class was not like that at all she included us in the process and explained why we were doing each step. Would gladly take another one of her classes! Don’t hesitate booking her!
