Discover how delicious fresh pasta can be in this fun cooking class led by Chef Lucas.
You'll learn the time-honored techniques to create pasta from scratch and a homemade Alfredo sauce to pair with it. To begin the class, you'll learn the recipe to make pasta dough using flour, eggs, salt and olive oil. Plus, master the technique of kneading the dough, rolling it out and cutting it into perfect fettuccine. Then, whip up a homemade Alfredo sauce with milk and Parmesan cheese paired with seasoned chicken. Then, mix in the pasta and end the class by enjoying your homemade feast.
