Step into Chef Bonicelli's kitchen where you'll master Italian cuisine in a hands-on cooking class.
You'll start by crafting a rustic bruschetta paired with sweet fig jam and nutty Asiago cheese. Next, you'll prepare an irresistible chicken Marsala with a sauce so flavorful you might just add it to your dinner party rotation. You'll wrap up the class by baking delectable Italian chocolate biscuits with butter, chocolate and sugar. This class will transform the way you think about Italian cooking and you'll leave with a new appreciation of the flavors and techniques that make this region so unique.

The pizza class was so great! We had a wonderful time and learned so much! We thought we knew how to make home-made pizza from scratch but now we have much more information to make it even better! Chef was fabulous, answered many questions and made our time comfortable, entertaining and rewarding. I’d take more classes in the future.

We had a great time with Chef Bonicelli! She was organized, knowledgeable, and a wonderful cook! We left with the recipes of what we had made as well as our own leftovers. We both enjoyed ourselves and will use her again.
