You'll learn how easy it is to make smooth truffles that will be easy to indulge in. Master the recipe to combine dark chocolate and heavy cream to make the truffle batter and the technique to shape and set them. Add in cocoa powder, nuts and shredded coconut to make truffles with unique flavors and textures. Finish the class by tasting your sweet treats and take home a box to enjoy layer.

My friend and I had such a great time. Chef Roshni is very educated and informative and we learned a lot about chocolates. The truffles were amazing! We are looking forward to another class with her.

This is my favorite Indian dish, and easily in my top 5 favorite dishes of all time... I don't think I have ever seen it look that good. That's the butter chicken of which dreams are made!
