This engaging cooking class will take you on a journey to the Middle East through the fare you'll create from scratch. Recreate a zesty Shirazi salad with cucumber, tomato, red onion, citrus and fresh mint. Then, prepare Persian saffron rice cake with a crispy golden crust. End by baking a Persian raisin cookie with notes of cardamon. Experience the magic of these flavors and learn how to bring them to life in your own kitchen.
