Elevate your knowledge of traditional Italian fare and the techniques necessary to produce such delights as you craft bruschetta and create seasonal ravioli pasta in a sage butter sauce. Work with fresh ingredients to prepare orange fennel salad with a balsamic reduction. Complete your Italian journey by whipping a plate of sweet ricotta stuffed crespelle (similar to the French crĂŞpes). Your family will be impressed with your newfound skills and the scrumptious food you make!

Amazing upscale cooking experience! We enjoyed a 4 course meal and took home enough butternut squash and fettuccine for several meals…all made in her class! It’s an enjoyable evening you will never forget! Can’t say enough good things about Chef Bonicelli…she is knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and a great teacher.
