Chef Nate went above and beyond with the class! His knowledge of sushi history was great including vast knowledge of the past and current ingredients. I was suprised at how easy it was to make the sushi rolls for the first time with Nate's clear instructions also being well prepared with ample ingredients. We we're able to make ample different kinds of sushi rolls and even take some home. The amount of sushi rolls paid for the class by itself! Nate was very outgoing and engaging and I would definitely take the class again! Me and my friend both gave Nate a huge tip it was so great!$!$
