You'll work with sliced plantains, a staple of the region's menu, and prepare an enticing blend of beef and cheese to fill them with. The result is similar to a taco, but with a natural plant-based shell that adds subtle flavor and intriguing texture to the finished dish.

The food was amazing and the presentation was to die for. The food had the perfect amount of flavor and it wasn't over seasoned. The meat she cook for us was so tender and mouth watering. The side dishes to accommodate the meat was perfectly prepared. The desserts that we select was so properly portioned out, beautifully designed and so satisfying to our palate.

Flavors were spot on, Great demonstrator. I’ve learned how she makes her whole chicken on the stove, Its quick and easy and taste flavorful. Chef Ashley puts her own flare in all her meals.
