Cooking Class: Spanish Vibrant Flavors
Experience traditional Spanish flavors in this interactive cooking class with Chef Mo. You'll start by cooking a Spanish tortilla, a delicious omelet with potatoes, onions, piquillos and eggs. Next is a classic recipe using toasted pasta, shrimp, olives, pimentos and smoked paprika. As a side dish, you'll have crunchy green beans sprinkled with olive oil and garlic. As a dessert, you'll cook empanadas de membrillo.
