Chef Eboni will guide you with her tried-and-true culinary expertise as you learn to cook the best biscuits from scratch. Using simple ingredients, you'll create a biscuit dough before discovering the best methods for baking them to flaky perfection. Top them with assorted jams and other toppings while they're still warm, and take your delicious new skills home with you!

Texas native Chef Eboni discovered her passion for health and nutrition after losing her father to multiple sclerosis. She sought answers to why people become sick, which led her to pursue an education in public health and chronic disease management. Blending her two interests, Chef Eboni uses vegan and vegetarian soul food as a platform for mindful cooking, a flavorful formula she shares with eager audiences in her community.
