Cooking Class: Cook Pizza on the Stovetop
If you think homemade pizza requires an oven, this interactive cooking class from Chef Afi is bound to be an eye-opening affair. Discover the secrets of creating traditional Napoleon-style pies in an unexpectedly creative way!
You'll begin with a session in simple handmade dough using only Greek yogurt and self-rising flour, easy ingredients to keep on hand. Then, you'll use your fresh dough as a base for incredible toppings that include silky mozzarella cheese and fresh basil. You'll also assemble a refreshing arugula salad dressed with balsamic vinaigrette to serve on the side.

Chef Afi was great! The pizza making class was fun. We were a group of 7 - it was a little disappointing to make 1 pizza and 1 salad between all of us. Groups of two were making the same as us. Chef Afi did give us the pie that was used as the model for extra food but it was more about the hands on experience. A fun night out but I would definitely think twice about going with a large party.
