Cooking Class: Make a Gourmet French Feast
The art of fine French cuisine comes to life in this hands-on cooking class from Chef Washington. Learn the fundamentals of creating your own delicious menu from the country where gourmet cuisine began.
Your lesson begins with authentic pâté made with chicken livers and warm seasonings, served on toast slices. Then, you'll create a classic chicken fricassee surrounded by earthy root vegetables roasted until tender. You'll also prepare potatoes Lyonnaise tossed with a zesty combination of vinegar and butter and bake traditional apple tarts topped with crème fraîche for dessert.
