If you see the world through rose-colored glasses, this pink-themed cooking class with Chef Linda is for you! She's created a menu filled with naturally rosy ingredients that’s as tempting as it is beautiful.
Begin your class by creating creamy smoked salmon mousse garnished with cooling cucumber. Next, you’ll sauté buttery New Orleans-style BBQ shrimp with crusty bread, followed by warm shooters of creamy tomato soup. Chef Linda will even teach you her trick to making a magical color-changing pink Asian noodle salad! To end your experience, assemble and enjoy parfaits made with layers of tart raspberries, vanilla cake and whipped cream.

Chef Linda brings a long and varied list of experiences to the table, from teaching to penning a book on food history. She has extensive experience in cooking instruction with adults and children, and enjoys showing others how to recreate traditional dishes for those with food allergies or special diets. Chef Linda brings great flavors, accessible techniques and interesting stories together for delightful culinary experiences.
