Cooking Class: Handmade Chinese Egg Rolls

Egg rolls are a popular appetizer both in China and around the globe. In this cooking class with Chef Pao, you will learn the proper techniques to make delicious deep-fried egg rolls at home, including how to prep, fill, roll and fry. 


In this class, Chef Pao will teach you how to make two different egg rolls: one with pork, and one with carrots, cabbage and onions. Both include vermicelli noodles for added texture. 


Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

My husband and I had a great time! Chef Pao was great and explained everything very clearly. He was very professional and had everything ready to go. We will definitely be taking another class in the future.
