Cantonese food is a regional Chinese cuisine known for its dumplings and other small bites called dim sum. In this cooking class with Chef Robert, you will learn how to make two types of traditional Cantonese dim sum from scratch.
Start with siu mai, which are open dumplings filled with black vinegar, pork and Argentine shrimp. Next, you will make another set of dumplings filled with sweet chili sauce, ground chicken and ground pork. Finish by steaming your dumplings and eating your homemade creations!
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
