There's a variety of noodle dishes across Asian cuisine, and in this cooking class with Chef Aleck, you will learn how to prepare both a Japanese and a Thai-style noodle.
Begin with an umami-rich vegetarian ramen made with udon noodles, fresh vegetables and crispy tempura. After that, Chef Aleck will teach you how to make pad Thai, a stir-fried noodle dish topped with a sweet and spicy peanut sauce and Thai-braised beef.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
