If you've always wanted to learn how to make Japanese sushi rolls from scratch, this is your chance. In this fun cooking class with Chef Damon, you will cover all the basic skills you need to create two varieties of sushi.
First, you'll make California rolls filled with crab and cucumber, then create a spicy sriracha and tuna filling for your second roll. Both will be made with traditional-style sushi rice and pickled ginger.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
