In this cooking class, Chef Janice will break down a restaurant-quality pad Thai into something any home cook can duplicate. 


With its emphasis on fresh flavors and quick stir-fry method of cooking, this recipe for pad Thai has all the key qualities of a quick weeknight meal so you can slurp down a plate of these tangy-sweet noodles whenever the craving calls. 


Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
