It is possible to indulge in sweet treats while maintaining a healthy diet, and Chef Kristen will show you exactly how to do it in this chocolate-making workshop.
Learn how to create your own homemade chocolate ganache truffles with a wholesome twist. Rather than using butter and baking chocolate, your truffles will be made from cacao, hazelnuts and coconut cream. They're the perfect gift for someone, or sweet treat to keep at home.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
