Cooking Class: Fresh and Healthy Spring Rolls

Spring rolls are a popular Asian dish featuring various ingredients wrapped in soft, translucent rice paper. Learn how to roll your own homemade spring rolls in this cooking class with Chef Kristen. 


Choose from either shrimp or tofu, which you will prep and use to fill your rice paper wraps. Add an assortment of fresh vegetables before rolling them up. You will also create a sweet peanut dipping sauce to accompany your spring rolls.


Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
