Indonesian cuisine combines simple ingredients and exciting seasonings to create a flavor wilderness unlike anything else you’ve ever tasted. Embark on a journey of discovery in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Tiktik and learn how to prepare them for yourself!

 

You’ll create a three-course menu that makes this an excursion worth taking, including shrimp fried rice with scrambled eggs, chicken satay with peanut sauce and vegetables and a dessert of Indonesian pancakes stuffed with a filling of Nutella, roasted almonds and condensed milk.

What a delightful experience! Chef Titik is a gracious host and an accomplished chef. I learned about Indonesia and its people but also a lot about ingredients and techniques that were new to me. I am going to look at other classes Titik offers!

Chek Titik was amazing. Very personable, knowledgeable, and the food was absolutely delicious. She welcomed us into her home with open arms and treated us like family. Would definitely do another class with her!
