The Pasta Artisans
The Pasta Artisans bring generations of Italian culinary tradition to hands-on pasta-making classes in Indianapolis. Since 2023, the team has taught more than 500 classes, introducing guests of all skill levels to the craft of fresh pasta. Their expertise includes traditional pasta dough, stuffed varieties and colorful, herb-infused creations. Guided by experienced pasta makers and culinary instructors, guests explore authentic techniques for mixing, kneading and shaping pasta using quality ingredients. Each class celebrates Italian culinary heritage while helping participants develop practical skills and confidence in the kitchen.
