We believe dancing is the ultimate antidote to modern life and the most mood-boosting, body-sculpting, romance-sparking exercise out there. Meet us under the disco ball where we provide an experience which is physical, musical, emotional and tribal. History Established in 2005. We started off as All About dance. A place for all ages to experience all genres of dance. We rebranded the adult portion of All About Dance into FYD Fitness in 2015 where our motto became "have Fun, be Young, Dance forever" We are now in an amazing, brand new space under the name Dance Forever!

If you want to incorporate dance into your workouts then this is the place for you. They offer a variety of classes, but my favorite are the cardio 2 classes. Dances are so much fun that you forget you're even working out, but you'll definitely feel the burn the next day! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to switch up their workout routine!
