Chef Shirley
Since graduating from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts with a focus on French fine dining, Chef Shirley went on to gain more than 10 years of hospitality and professional culinary experience. Chef Shirley was most recently the kitchen manager at an interactive dining theatre that included a theatrical on-stage production where the dining staff stayed in full character during the presentation along with dinner to compliment the occasion.

- great experience with Chef Shirley and her husband
- I think one of the hardest parts about make sushi is making the sushi rice. Hence, it would've been nice if she had demoed that
- It would also be great if Chef Shirley automatically sent out any of the photos that were taken at the event

This was our first class My husband and I and we really enjoyed it. They did a great job giving us instructions and we were able to ask many questions. We definitely are going to go to more of these!

We had such a good time at the sushi class. Chef Shirley did a great job of providing easy to follow instructions. Would definitely recommend it for a fun time!

So much fun! We had a great time learning how to make sushi! There was extra time in the class and we learned some extra skills. A must try class!
