You’ll learn the essentials of making candles from scratch, from safely melting the wax to adding color and fragrance. Choose from floral, fruity, fresh and earthy fragrance oils, then experiment with different combinations to create a custom scent profile. Instructor Rhonda will guide you through preparing the wax and pouring it into a mold before allowing it to set. Open to beginners and more experienced makers, this creative workshop offers a fun and relaxing way to work with color, scent and design while creating a decorative candle for your home.

Lovely ladies taught us the joys of candle making and patiently waited while our candles cured. Good for a second date night or some friends getting together to talk. The DC venue serves beer and light snacks if you want them or go across the street for an ice cream. Fun experience.
