Cooking Class: Make Vegan-Style Asian Eats

In this vegan sushi-making cooking class, you'll learn how to create rolls from scratch, as well as two other popular Asian dishes using plant-based ingredients. Chef Angela will teach you how to prepare sushi in an expert way. 


Discover how to turn cabbage and apples into boldy-flavored homemade kimchi. Thrill in the endeavor of turning eggplant, tofu, sunflower seeds, paprika, green onions, and more fresh ingredients into spicy and savory "tuna" and "unagi" sushi rolls. Finally, you'll delight in creating a creamy matcha banana ice cream with maple syrup and sea salt.

With cabbage, apples, carrots or radishes, Korean red pepper, dulsi flakes and tamari


Spicy "Tuna" Roll

With sunflower seeds, ginger, garlic, tamari, shallots, chili peppers and smoked paprika


Eggplant and Tofu “Eel” Unagi Roll

With teriyaki, green onions, garlic, ginger and black sesame
