This hands-on cooking class with Chef Javier is a must for vegetarians and vegetable fans alike. He's sharing his tips for turning simple vegetables into dinner table superstars. 


First, you'll learn how to make a creamy summer lentil soup with coconut milk and citrusy yuzu fruit. Then you'll prepare zippy stuffed poblano peppers loaded with saffron-tumeric rice, chipotle sauce and even some peanut brittle. For dessert, learn how to craft a coconut flan and top it with beautiful edible flowers.

Here is my review: Chef Javier is a well seasoned chef with tons of culinary experience. He can cook an array of cuisines and really enjoys the art of teaching. He enjoys the connection that food brings amongst others and wants to share that. Totally recommend!
