Make fresh fettuccine Alfredo in this cooking class with Chef Bige.
Work alongside your master chef to combine farm-fresh eggs, flour and olive oil to create the dough for your freshly rolled pasta. Then, use kitchen tools to roll out the pasta and cut it into thin strips. Build a fresh and creamy Alfredo sauce using heavy whipping cream, freshly grated parmesan cheese, a hint of garlic and chopped parsley. You'll be hands-on through every step of the process as you refine your knife skills and learn the tricks of kneading and rolling fresh pasta dough. This class is open to beginners and advanced students. It will give you the knowledge and self-assurance to make this Italian favorite at home for any guests or weeknight family dinners.

What an amazing experience! We learned a lot, had lots of fun, and we actually learned how to cook pasta! The final dish was delicious and we will definetly try it at home

Chef Bige is an exceptional cook with over 30 years of experience in the culinary arts. Her passion for creating outstanding dishes and pastries is evident in her work. She specializes in healthy cooking, gluten-free options, keto and organic certified vegan beverages. Bige graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2015 with a focus on patisserie and food sciences. She enjoys sharing her joy for healthy and creative cooking with her community.
