Cooking Class: Fresh Shrimp Spring Rolls

Explore the wonderful world of Southeast Asian cuisine, and enhance your knife skills in this guided cooking class with Chef Syd. You will learn how to make fresh spring rolls, which are one of the region's most popular snacks. 

Yours will be filled with an abundance of herbs, rice noodles and shrimp, which you will learn how to perfectly chop, slice and dice. You will also make two sauces from scratch that will be served with your rolls — one sweet and spicy peanut sauce, and one creamy aioli-style sauce. 

Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.


Fresh Spring Rolls

With rice noodles, lettuce, cabbage, carrot, cucumber, shrimp, jalapeños, green onion, and basil

Spicy Peanut Sauce

With coconut milk, red curry, soy sauce, sugar, and apple cider vinegar

Yum Sauce

With egg yolk, canola oil, ketchup, garlic, spices, sugar, salt, and vinegar
