How do I redeem my Groupon voucher?

You can redeem your voucher by following the instructions provided on your voucher. Please note that you would need to process the booking on the Classpop! website to pick a class and schedule.

What if my voucher has expired?

If your voucher has expired, don’t worry! Your Groupon is still valid on the Classpop! website even after the expiration date.

Can I give my voucher to someone else?

Yes, anyone with access to the redemption code can book the class on the Classpop! website.

I’m having trouble redeeming my voucher - what should I do?

Here are the possible reasons why you're unable to book the class with your Groupon voucher. If you see the following error:

You already used this gift card / promo code – Your Groupon voucher has already been used. Another reason could be that your voucher was refunded by Groupon.
Oops! Gift card / promo code not found – Incorrect code. Please make sure to put the correct redemption code.
This code is only available for Signature classes and cannot be redeemed on a Premium class – The class that you are booking is not Signature.

Do I need to make a reservation?

Yes, you would have to book the class on our website to reserve the seats.

Can I combine my Groupon with other offers or promotions?

Unfortunately, Groupons can’t be combined with other discounts or promotions unless specifically stated.

How will I know where the location of my class is?

Location is based on class date. Please select the date you plan to attend to see the correct location. The venue address is provided on the website and is visible prior to booking the class.

Can I use it for other experiences?

Groupons are only valid for the class category listed on the voucher. For instance, if you purchase a signature sushi making voucher, you may use it for a signature pasta making class or other signature cooking class, but you cannot use it for a signature paint and sip class or a premium cooking class. If you're interested in something else, please reach out to us so we can check it for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We completely understand when things come up at the last minute. However, we can only cancel or reschedule a class up to 48 hours before an event.

Hosts buy ingredients fresh from the market and specialty stores and spend hours preparing for their classes. We have this cancellation policy in place to honor their time and ingredient purchases.

What is the age restriction?

Must be 21 years of age or older to attend.

Can I use the same Groupon voucher to book multiple times?

No, each voucher can only be used once. Please make sure to book the number of seats as indicated on your voucher.

Why can't I apply the whole of the Groupon for the Premium class?

Groupon vouchers are only valid for Signature classes. Premium classes are priced differently and require direct booking without Groupon.

Do I need to bring a copy of the Groupon voucher to the class?

No, once you've booked your class through the Classpop! website using the redemption code, there’s no need to bring the physical voucher to the class.

Great afternoon making candles with Marz. She took her time to ensure we all knew what we were doing, creating the type of candle we wanted, and we had a chance to win a few candles she had made to take home. Very casual environment and fun experimenting with something new. Learning curve was small and easy to start and finish in the alotted time!
