Join Chef Dirk in this team building activity as he moderates an engaging, interactive and competitive cook off! Before dividing your group into teams, Chef Dirk will teach everyone how to make bamboo basket-steamed dumplings in various shapes with different kinds of fillings. Then, the competition will kick off with each team preparing their assigned dish from Chef Dirk's Asian fusion menu, but utilizing a basket of surprise ingredients! Chef Dirk will be there to guide each team, work closely to help them improve their culinary and teamwork skills. Although the team-bonding will have everyone feeling like a winner, the winning team will also bring home a special prize!

This was one of the most fun nights out I've had in a long time, not to mention one of the best meals! Chef Dirk is an energetic, personable host and an outstanding cook. He was fully prepared, and once we arrived, we were off and running. Over the next 3 hours, we prepared and enjoyed several courses, each as delicious as the last. I'm inspired to try some of these recipes at home to try share with friends. Highly recommended!
