To begin, Chef Elham will teach you how to whip the egg whites just right for a fluffy, airy soufflé. Enjoy the rich flavors of a spinach and Gruyère cheese soufflé before savoring a delicate Grand Marnier dessert soufflé with a homemade crème anglaise. Up next, you will master the art of preparing paper-thin crêpes. By combining the umami flavors of wild mushroom, goat cheese and tarragon, you'll craft some delectable savory crêpes before finishing with your simple and elegant sweet crêpes. Bon appetit!

The class was fun and we learned things we didn’t know. Did you know that if you have a good garlic press, you don’t even have to peel the clove? We learned that and lots more.

We had fun and learned some helpful tips for making chocolate desserts. My sisters and I think that there should be a maximum of 4 students in a class because the kitchen is small.

Had an awesome time taking this class. The recipes were delish, great tips on where to source the ingredients and best Tom Ka soup I've ever had, can't wait to make it for friends at home when I get access to the class recipes! Super fun evening
Meet your chef
For the past two decades, Chef Elham has been sharing her passion for cooking with others as a private chef, caterer and culinary instructor. Most recently, Chef Elham has served as the culinary program director of America's largest hands-on cooking class program as well as a culinary instructor at one of Google's largest campuses. Her specialties include classic French cuisine as well as exotic Asian fare that entices and energizes the palate.
