Cooking Class: Authentic Bangkok Buffet

The enchanting flavor profiles of Thai cuisine come to life in a revealing in-person cooking class with Chef Dock. He'll teach you how to combine salty, sweet, sour, bitter and hot flavors to create an authentic spread you'll be proud to serve. You'll prepare a classic tom yum soup filled with seafood flavors and the heat of chilis, chicken satay with creamy peanut sauce and pad Thai with rice noodles, vegetables and your choice of protein. You'll also create a coconut curry flavored with basil and lemon grass, and a light, refreshing green tea sorbet for dessert.

Tom Yum Soup 

With shrimp, scallops, fish stock, scallions and chilis


Chicken Satay 

With peanut sauce and soy sauce


Pad Thai 

With rice noodles, baby corn, eggs, and chicken, shrimp, or vegetarian


Basil Coconut Curry 

With lemon grass, red curry paste, and chicken, beef, shrimp or vegetables


Green Tea Sorbet 

With matcha, lemon juice, jasmine and lavender

We had a great time learning about and eating delicious Thai foods. The food was abundant, fresh and amazing tasting. We had the extras for lunch the next day. Chef Doc was very professional, entertaining, and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend it!
