The captivating arcane craft of glassblowing is yours to explore in this very hands-on art class. While visiting the working studio, you learn the process of blowing glass and basic glassblowing techniques. The workshop is focused on the process instead of the final product. Bring a partner to experience with as these masterful teachers help you create an array of small pieces, like a paperweight, an ornament/float and a drinking glass that are yours to take home. For your safety, wear a long-sleeved cotton shirt, long cotton pants, close-toed shoes and a pair of sunglasses. Book a class and discover your new passion today!

We had an incredible time trying glassblowing for the first time, and Motoko & Joshua were the perfect instructors. They're talented, enthusiastic, and patient. We can't recommend it highly enough. It was super special to be learning how to blow glass in their own studio, and we can't wait to go back.

Motoko and Joshua are amazing! They explain everything so thoroughly, and the demo and dry run made me feel so prepared when the actual experience started. Absolutely worth the money for their expertise, the materials and the final product you create. They are so encouraging and energetic through the process. They have their instruction down to a science and they work so well together. Highly highly recommend as a solo traveler or with a partner or friend. Thank you guys!!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Motoko and Joshua's glassblowing workshop. It was a hands-on and fun experience, where we learned the basics of glassblowing and made our own glass pieces. Motoko and Joshua were great instructors, who made us feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. They were also very friendly and knowledgeable, and shared some interesting stories and tips about glass art. We highly recommend this workshop to anyone who wants to try something new and creative. Thank you, Motoko and Joshua, for an unforgettable experience!

What a truly amazing experience. I know it’s cliche to say I wish I could give more than 5 stars, but I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I did this last week and I can’t stop thinking about it. Everything about it was perfect. First time ever blowing glass and it will not be the last time either. Joshua and Motoko do an amazing job at giving you a crash course on glass blowing that gives you a basic understanding of the craft, but without overwhelming you. They also do a great job at letting you perform the process without them taking over. I was able to take home three items that are more precious to me than most things I have accumulated in the last decade. If you have never done glass blowing before or have done it, come and experience this you will not regret it.
