Team Building Activity: Dumpling Delights and a Cooking Challenge
Learn to make traditional dumplings and experience an Iron Chef-style challenge in this fun team building activity. You’ll bond as you learn the traditional art of making Asian dumplings with Chef Ashley as your expert guide.
First, you’ll learn how to make dumpling dough from scratch before creating a savory filling and learning to artfully fold the dumplings. After that, everyone will get excited as the group splits up into teams to compete in a delicious dumpling battle! Groups will put their minds together to come up with their own dumpling fillings using ingredients like tofu, chicken, pork and fresh vegetables. The group with the dumplings that are the most creative, appealing and tasty will win!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase or provide alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class.
