Team Building Activity: Tackle Sushi-Making With the Team
Gather your hardworking crew and enjoy a fun team building activity like none other! Chef Susan will lead the way, teaching everyone the basics of sushi preparation before letting everyone engage in some friendly competition.
Using a tantalizing variety of mix-in ingredients, the team will split into groups and work together to create their own unique sushi roll flavors. In the end, one group's dish will be crowned the winner based off of creativity, plating and overall taste. Witness your team's natural leaders and creative minds flourish in this fun event, and enjoy a chef-approved sushi feast together at the end!
MENU
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

With sushi rice, nori, crab/surimi, avocado and cucumber
Shrimp Tempura Roll
With sushi rice, nori, tempura shrimp, cucumber and avocado
