Team Building Activity: Group Guacamole-Making Mash-Up

Get your gang in the kitchen for some friendly competition with guacamole as the main event in this energetic team building activity from Chef Vanessa! She'll host a culinary showdown that pits team against team for the best guacamole and salsa in the office. 


Your crew will enjoy trivia, tips and expert tricks for blending the humble avocado with incredible seasonings to create a powerhouse dip loved the world around! They'll get an exercise in leadership, teamwork and innovative thinking as they work together to compete for the title of Guac Champion. Using a colorful variety of mix-in ingredients, they'll create their own unique guacamole and salsa flavors. In the end, everyone will get to enjoy their creations with a selection of chips, veggies and other delicious dippers.


If you’d like Chef Harold to travel to your location, he may accommodate larger groups. A kitchen is not required for guest locations, only access to a sink/running water is needed.


MENU

All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.


Guacamole

With tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic and jalapeño

I had the pleasure of doing two cooking classes with Chef Vanessa. They were so much fun, such a great personality and the menu was amazing. I have made them a couple of times and everyone loved it. Crab cakes with the yogurt Remoulade were amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
