Team Building Activity: Make an Elegant Italian Meal Together
Bring your team together for a family-style Italian meal with this exciting team building activity. Culinary expert Chef Jimi will lead the way in teaching your team how to create authentic and unforgettable Italian dishes using professional cooking techniques.
They’ll begin the class by simmering an elegant, savory fennel caponata featuring wholesome vegetables. Next, everyone will prepare a restaurant-worthy entrée of either tangy chicken with balsamic and Parmesan polenta or a classic chicken Parmesan with creamy mushroom risotto. For dessert, they’ll sink their spoons into a silky tiramisu as everyone mingles and relaxes outside of the office.
