Chef Jimi was great but the class was a bit unorganized. There weren't enough gloves for everyone so it was 2 per table, one pasta making machine so it took forever for everyone to make the pasta & we didn't really get to learn how to make the alfredo sauce. The pasta did come out good & the food we got to eat that he made was great. We also only learned how to make fresh pasta & took it home to cook it. It was a learn how to make pasta class. But Chef Jimi was great he just needed to be set up better.

Guys this class is not worth it at all. So many things went wrong. The chef wanted us to share making the dough with 4 other strangers until I said something. He ran out of eggs.We made enough pasta for a 4 year old to eat. Very unorganized . Didn’t have enough gloves for the class. When he made us our meal it was 5 bites worth of food. I emailed 4 times to the company and still no response

Nice location but little to no preparation. Only one pasta machine for an entire class of 25 people. Small portions of flour and egg shared with an entire table of multiple parties. No individual guidance/direction on technique or how to accomplish steps. We made the best of the experience, but not a great value.
