In this interactive cooking class, Chef Sachet will teach you everything you need to know to create the most perfect pizza night from scratch. You’ll learn to make a menu of gourmet Italian classics to make an impressive and satisfying spread for your guests.
First, you’ll learn to arrange a colorful charcuterie board full of assorted cheeses, meats, crackers and dried fruits. You’ll also learn to make a classic gourmet pizza with fresh, fluffy dough, homemade sauce and your choice of flavorful toppings. Finally, you’ll learn to expertly whip up some sweet and flaky mini cannolis for dessert, complete with chocolate chips and caramel sauce. Your home dinner parties will never be the same!

Chef Sachet arrived on time. She explained and demonstrated the step by step instructions of how to make fresh pasta as we followed her lead.. Chef Sachet was personable and engaging. It was an educational and fun evening. By the way the pasta dish was amazing! Can't wait to have her back.
